⚓ General Information:
• The sailing plan may be updated by the captain based on weather and sea conditions. • The captain reserves the right to change the route due to safety or weather conditions. • Check-in and check-out times are specified in the reservation details. • Prices may vary depending on the season, number of people, and type of event. Our most current prices are available in our price calculation module. • No guests exceeding the boat's capacity are allowed. There is a legal capacity limit, including for children and infants. • In the event of damage to the boat, the guest is responsible for any expenses incurred. • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
📅 Cancellation and Change:
• If the tour is canceled due to adverse weather conditions or technical issues, a refund will be provided or an alternative date will be offered. • Customer-related cancellations will be processed in accordance with the advertiser's cancellation policy. • Date changes will be approved based on availability. • The pre-tour meeting point and time will be shared after booking. • You can send a message for any special requests (route, organization, food, etc.).
💳 Price and Conditions:
• The remaining payment is due in cash to the captain at the start of the tour. • A 40% down payment of the total price is required for reservation confirmation. • Prices do not include taxes. • Different pricing policies may apply on special occasions (holidays, New Year's Eve, etc.). • Reservations are not confirmed without a down payment. • Prices are subject to a 25% price increase for groups of 12 or more people, and a 35% price increase for groups of 20 or more people.
